At the Congress, a name badge will be provided on site with your registration documents.
If your badge is lost, a new badge will be issued. The administration cost for a new badge is €5,00.
Badge Policy & Security
Participants are requested to wear their badge at all times inside the Congress venue, the Exhibition area and at all official events organized within the context of the Congress. For security reasons admittance is strictly restricted to participants (of all kinds) to the meeting.
All presenters must be registered to attend the Congress.

BRUSSELS INFO POINT
An info point of Visit Brussels will be located in the entrance level at the registration area.

CONGRESS HUB AND EXHIBIT OPENING HOURS
An exhibition of related products, services and technologies is being held concurrently with the Congress. The exhibition will be located in Hall 1 & 2, level -2.
Sunday, 13 September 16.30 – 22.00 h.
Monday, 14 September 10.00 – 18.00 h.
Tuesday, 15 September 10.00 – 18.00 h.
Wednesday, 16 September 10.00 – 11.30 h.

ECOSYSTEM by ESOT stands for a fully digitalized and paperless Congress. Participants are invited to bring their tablet (or book it with the registration) to access the App where program and abstracts are available.
The Ecosystem Bar will be located in the exhibition area, level -2 where you will get further instruction of usage and will be able to pick up your iPad if booked with your registration.

CLOAKROOM AND LEFT LUGGAGE FACILITIES
Cloakroom and left luggage facilities are available at the The Square Brussels Meeting Centre during the registration opening hours.
If you require first aid provision please approach your nearest venue security guard who will be able to help. A first aid room is located in the Registration hall, at main entrance level.
The organizers cannot be responsible for medical, travel or personal claims. Participants are strongly advised to take out an insurance policy covering three areas: health and accident, loss of luggage and cancellation (travel and registration).
LOST AND FOUND
Enquiries regarding items lost or found can be made at the Registration Desks located in the main entrance area.
Refreshment breaks are included in the delegate registration fees in the scheduled programme breaks. All refreshments will be served in the Exhibition area in Grand Halls 1 & 2 at level -2, some Corporate Symposia will have lunch provided.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Square Brussels Meeting Centre.
